May 25, 2002: Amazing what a few people can do when they put their sewing talents together. This book shows the results. A touching tribute.

May 23, 2002: As one of the quilters whose quilt is in this book, I received a copy from the publisher. Beautiful photography of 270 quilts shown at the Houston show in November 2001, six weeks after the September 11 attacks. The quilts were made in many styles and techniques and by everyone from someone making their first quilt to well-known quilters like Caryl Fallert. Each quilt is accompanied by the quilt maker's statement about it. I was very moved by both quilts and words. I think it's a wonderful tribute and remembrance.
