March 03, 2009: As a pro football fan, and avid reader I enjoyed this book very much. I would reccomend this to any serious pro football fan, who is also interested in the history of the game. I have read several other pro football encyclopedias, and rate this one the best. My only complaint is that I wish it was a bit more comprehensive in the statistics category. For instance, no information on how often a player fumbled in their career is given. I would also like to see more comprehensive statistics on interceptions, punt and kick-off returns. This edition only provides stats on players if they had a certain minimum number of interceptions, and kick returns...I would like to see data on all players that ever intercepted a pass, or returned a punt/kick-off.(If this data is available).
