March 14, 2005: This is just the kind of book we need to use not only in our organizations, but in everyday life interacting with other people! As an MBTI user and big fan, I found the model to be totally in alignment with the theory of the great psychiatrist Carl Jung, who was acknowledged by the foreword written by Ken Blanchard in my copy. This makes it a wonderfully refreshing and new way of looking at type and temperament in a very memorable and entertaining fashion. I like the easy definitions and pictorial representations of each of the twelve roles. It would certainly make an enlightening workshop! All in all, an excellent book, can be read quickly with sufficient depth, and well worth buying!
