January 30, 2010: Although I bought this because I knew I would be entertaining friends and relatives who have heart problems, I found it very useful for daily use. The recipes are excellent and the apricot raisin bars get raves. No one believes me when I say the cookies are heart healthy. I also like it because many of the recipes are for four or fewer, a plus for a couple or those who don't entertain on a large scale.
