December 09, 2001: This is an excellent book for the novice at cooking Indian food. Straightforward tasty recipies covering a broad spectrum of dishes. Learning to cook Indian is to embark on an adventure in spices that will expand your cooking horizons and impact your non-Indian dishes. Results are outstanding!
