She lives with her family in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

      October 17, 2009: I drank my first coffee this past summer in an attempt to finally become a part of the coffee culture. My friend had me type into my phone exactly what to order when I went to Starbucks for the first time so I wouldn't look like an idiot. Once I finally liked coffee (somewhere between the second and third iced latte) I saw the author on TV showing the cameras how one could make a good cappuccino at home on the stovetop. I have since read the book twice - and now I know all about the different brewing methods, roasts, and contraptions. No longer intimidated, I now make my own cappuccinos at home too! This book breaks down all the coffee pretense and adds delicious looking coffee recipes too. A great gift for a coffee lover!
