    Synopsis

Three girls with three agendas and the ultimate destination: the Hamptons.

Summer in the city? Way overrated. Everybody who's anybody in New York City summers in the Hamptons. Mara, Eliza, and Jacqui all want a piece of the action, all for different reasons.

So the girls answer a classified ad to become au pairs. How bad can it be, watching a couple of kids on the beach all day? They've got the swank address, the sweet ride, and an all-access pass to the hottest social scene on the East Coast. It's shaping up to be the summer of their lives.

    Annotation

Three teenage girls from different backgrounds work for a summer in the Hamptons as au pairs for a wealthy family, and in spite of many ups and downs, all three end up changing for the better.

    Michael Musto -

A gift bag of satire, spectacle, and name-dropping. It's all too fabulous for words.

June 22, 2009: Au Pairs or Blue Bloods, one of these two would have to be the first time I ever read Melissa De La Cruz. I have to say that she never fails to impress. I love her writing, love the constant stream of romance and high society. It is great to have such an extraordinary woman around to write such edgy catches like Au Pairs. To everyone- Read this book! Seriously, go out there and buy yourself a copy. You will not regret making that descision.

    -Great Book. (:
