May 08, 2006: Well, I'm reading the book and doing my best to follow the ideas...so far, down 3 lbs....drinking lots of water, trying some of the recipes...I've noticed a difference in the first week- my skin looks better and I'm feeling more comfortable in my clothes...this is a big deal! It's easy to follow and I've done some of the exercises in my office..no gym required.
