October 09, 2006: I've bought so many cookbooks and I find I still don't have what I need. As a single mom of two boys and two jobs, I need meals that can be made quick. I need meals that use common ingredients I can find out my local supermarket. And I need meals the boys can make, too. I found all of this and more inside THE FRANTIC WOMAN'S GUIDE TO FEEDING FAMILY AND FRIENDS. The meals are meals my kids will eat. And I've found a number of shortcuts that will reduce the time I spend in the kitchen. The format is ready friendly and I feel like the author is chatting with me like one of my neighbors.
