April 26, 2006: Glittering secrets has everything that a lover of mystery, drama, suspense, and film noir could ask for. The descriptive scenarios conjured by Ms. Simpson will take your imagination to new and darker places, while creating, in your mind, vivid pictures of the troubled and disturbing world of a woman that you will soon know all too well. Without giving away the 'secrets,' I would suggest that you clear your schedule on a rainy day or a dark evening and turn off your phone. You won't want to be disturbed by anyone...the story is 'disturbing enough.' When you sit down with this book, you won't be able to stop reading until the very last page.

August 27, 2005: Taryn Simpson tells quite a story in her 60 page paperback, 'Glittering Secrets'...this book is about Theresa Holleman and her marriage, money, a mental health facility, and a conniving stepfather. Holleman, who works in Nashville's music industry, is finding her blinding headaches are leading her into a new world, or so she thinks. Simpson succeeds in carrying through several plots to their juncture at the end of this..story...overall, the book is interesting as well as entertaining.
