April 27, 2008: I have long since been a continuing fan of the television series so I literally bought the book on that premise alone. The stories on the show were some of the best I ever saw on television at the time they aired. Some particularly more so then others and nearly all the stories were based around episodes I can clearly remember or have seen often enough to kno where I am without introductions by episode timeline. It opens with a frame story based around the episode the Visitor and concludes through that frame as well suggesting the stories themselves were really written by one of the characters about the whole ensemble. The show remains an epitome of what ensemble shows can accomplish through actors and writing. Each primary characters get a story and some secondary ones as well though like it was once written, there are no small parts... Highly enjoyable if you are into character stories and so much so that you feel like you could be there with all them again.
