September 04, 2003: I was a member of this infamous Unit from 1953-1955 .Mr Crumbly gives a good account of the general characteristics and intent of the general mood and motives of the personel of this outfit. They were great people almost to man . most were fairly intelligent, educated to a point. Ive read the book several times and alway find something I missed before.as for the the author,he is a very high type journalist and creates very real characters.
