    Synopsis

The Cornell Book of Cats is an inexhaustible source of current medical information that covers the whole range of feline health, including how to understand, identify, and correct a cat's behavior problems: guidelines, for selecting a breed: nutrition, with instructions on how to properly feed a kitten or an adult cat, an obese cat, a sick cat, or an aging cat. There are also descriptions and photographs of forty-one breeds accepted by the leading national cat associations. In addition, The Cornell Book of Cats outlines first-aid measures that should be taken before an emergency trip to the veterinarian. Also, you'll find step-by-step instructions on in-home follow-up medical care.

December 12, 2002: I used this book so much that it is starting to fall apart! I worked at an all cat veterinary hospital and this book was excellent for printing information for clients to help them understand their pet's illness or what was involved in the procedures we were performing... Superfantastic!!

August 30, 2000: I love this book! It is the best book on cat care that I have ever read, and I have read quite a few. I have four cats and three of my cats take medication for various illnesses. This book is a great reference book for me. I am able to look up medical terms that the vet has mentioned during visits, and I now have a better understanding of my cat's illnesses. I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves a cat!
