June 30, 2003: Shannon has done a wonderful job of chronicling her experiences from infertility to Family Day.? Be prepared for heart wrenching lows and spiritual highs, as you meet the Turner family.? As a waiting parent, I cannot begin to explain how deeply touched I am by this book.? But I must warn you, this message comes with a 4-Tissue Box rating (my highest award) for Shannon's ability to make you feel as if you are experiencing things right along with her. For all my friends and family who want to know what our adoption process entails, I am going to have them read this book.? I think it is a fantastic complement to 'Lost Daughters of China.'
