March 22, 2004: Really thought-provoking poems that get you thinking. In particular, I enjoyed reading a lot of the introspective poems, several of which seemed to have been written about my own own life- empathy is a rare talent to have, and this writer has it in loads.

January 23, 2004: I picked this one up on a lark- hoping to try out some new poetry, and was blown away by the range and depth of talent the author has. The poems are almost visceral in the depth of understanding of human emotions they show, and he has experimented well with various styles - one I loved was `An Ode to Ennui'. Pick this one up- some years later, you may be saying `hey I read Mainak Dhar's first book on poetry before he became so famous'.
