December 11, 2000: If you have ever felt that everything you are doing to raise your family just isn't enough -- it isn't! This book helps clarify some of the subtle attitudes that have become the norm in the workplace to keep women, particularly, in the workforce at the expense of their families, themselves, and society as a whole. It is no 'accident' that parents can't raise families without two incomes. The history of the Women's Movement also chronicled in the book is quite eye-opening. A must read.

June 08, 2000: I first read about this book in the Wall Street Journal. A must read for an election year!
