June 17, 2004: Anyone who buys this book will find hundreds of practical and immediately useable ideas for managing their busy workload. The author's style is very personal and engaging making it easy to relate to. He provides real-life examples throughout the book on how busy people can reduce their daily stress and 'spinning of the wheels' feeling to be more productive in less time with more calm. His resources are valuable for those who want even more. If you buy the book and even read only one chapter, you will be very satisfied!
