Author Biography: Author Elizabeth Knight is the owner and general manager of Celebrations! Presentations, Parties, and Creative Events, an event planning business. She has developed visual merchandising in retail stores and wholesale showrooms for Wedgwood, Waterford, Villeroy & Boch, Pfaltzgraff, and Lenox. As seen in her joyful and informative Storey book, Tea With Friends, Elizabeth also enjoys catering tea parties. She teaches adult education classes on tea at New York University and The Learning Annex, and gives tea lectures for bookstores, clubs, and various organizations in the New York/New Jersey/Connecticut area. A resident of New Jersey, Elizabeth has also given lectures at the American Embassy in London and at the New Jersey Historical Society. Magazines such as Country Home, Better Homes & Gardens Spring Decorating, Tea A Magazine, Gift Basket Review, and Tea & Coffee have written favorable reviews for her book as well.
