April 15, 2008: I bought this book several months ago and I've loved everything I've made. The only problem I've run into is a couple of the ingredients I haven't been able to find locally 'even in the ethnic section, but I don't live in a hugely populated area', and in one recipe the specific type of Campbell's soup she calls for has been discontinued. But overall, everything has been simple and tasted great. As a 20-something learning to cook, this book is a great start.
