She does a lighthearted fun interview, but we like her because she cooks the way we cook, semi-homemade. Her newest book Semi-Homemade 20-Minute Meals is an inspiration to the 21st century woman. I have made roasted Asparagus with Portobello Mushrooms 'p62' and Spiced Zucchini 'p139' was great for a business luncheon in my home office, for me a semi-vegetarian. Today, women are moms, wife, CEO, chef, and much more.
