It is well organized and well written, and the chapters are concise and easy to read. The illustrations are simple, yet depict the subject matter effectively.
Assessment:The authors have succeeded in providing a succinct review of general surgery. The reader is not inundated with unnecessary details and the important information in each topic is presented in a very understandable manner. The study questions are well written and are useful in reinforcing the material. This edition is much better than the previous one.
