      Biography

      John Besh is the acclaimed chef committed to "bringing back" New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. Besh grew up in Southern Louisiana and graduated from The Culinary Institute of America. Food and Wine named him one of the Top 10 Best New Chefs in America in 1999. His passion for food and New Orleans is always simmering.

      January 05, 2010: This is the book to discover New Orleans and all it's regional foods. I really feel like I'm there when I read this book,make the recipes and taste the results. A book that gets to all your senses.
