November 22, 2009: Okay, if you can eat everytime you are hungry and ONLY when you are hungry this book is for you. I work as a nurse, 12 hour shifts. Im lucky if I get a bathroom break much less the convenience of taking a meal break when I'm actually hungry, not passed the point of starvation or having to eat before I'm ready because I actually have the time. This method requires planning and literal thought before putting anything into your mouth. While I think it's do-able for some, it's not a fix for everyone. The CD doesn't work either.

October 11, 2009: The accompanying Hypnosis CD is working for me in two ways. First, after more than a decade of being sedentary, I have suddenly started exercising regularly since listening to this every night for a month. Getting me to exercise is an amazing thing. I am happy and grateful. Also, I have taken an interest in learning how to eat healthier. In spite of this, the suggestions on mindful eating (to eat slower and savor the food) have not taken hold with me. I must have some deep seated need to devour my meals. I am continuing to listen to this Hypnosis CD and hope that my slow weight loss (10 pounds in 4 months) will continue or accelerate.
