The original Carmine's opened on Manhattan's Upper West Side in 1990, followed shortly by another in Times Square. Biography

MICHAEL RONIS is the founding chef at Carmine's Legendary Family Style Italian Restaurant. He is also the executive chef of its parent company, the Alicart Restaurant Group.
