    November 13, 2005: If you are new to real estate investing and looking for a way to do real estate deals with little or no money, this is a must read. Wendy Patton not only gives you the nuts and bolts, she gives you a plan to reach your goals. I recommend all my mentoring students purchase this book and make it a uselful part of their real estate investment library.

    November 11, 2005: I just came back from Wendy Patton and Jim Peters property buying tour. I was disapointed. The concept is good. But the execution was poor. Good investments deals were raffled off, but the fairness and validity of the raffle were questionable. Jim Peters paid all his attention to an attractive lady and disregarded the rest of the people. We spent 3k to go on the tour, so its unfair to the rest of us. What consenting adults do is their business, but do that on your own time, not mine.
