January 15, 2003: When I saw Jennifer talking with Beth Moore during a television interview I was mesmerized. I am a big fan of Beth Moore and the interview truly caught my attention. When I learned that Jennifer had a book I immediately wanted to read her story. This is truly one of the best books I have read in a very long time. It is truly deserving of much more than the 5 stars given --- 10 would be more like it. Jennifer did not play victim because of her disability, but rather used her blindness to become all that God had created her to be. Jennifer is truly a messenger of God and through her book she will undoubtedly touch many people's lives. Through laughter and tears, I read each page and could not put this book down. Thank you Jennifer for taking the time to remind us all to take that which God has given us (good or bad) and make the best of it rather than play victim feeling sorry for ourselves. May God use you over and over and over!
