October 31, 2004: The Experts' Guide is indispensable -- it teaches you everything from how to hold a baby to how to negotiate -- straight from the true superstars. It's not only a great reference guide, but is very enjoyable to read. My husband and I have literally fought over it at night - we'll have to buy another copy so we can both enjoy it. I highly recommend this book; I don't know how I survived without it!

September 29, 2004: I heard about this book on the radio and went to buy a copy. I am hooked. The chapters that appealed to me, how to remember names, and how to make conversation, were trumped by others that I found just as insightful. I am going to send this to my clients and a couple of friends for the holidays. This is one of those books that belongs on every book shelf.
