July 06, 2009: A slim guide to help you downsize yourself, your possessions and your carbon footprint! Many of the ideas will seem ludicrous at first, but stick with the main idea behind the advice; you''ll be amazed at where this book can lead you. Whether it convinces you to make huge or miniscule changes, you will certainly be inspired to declutter, lose weight, eat and live more sustainably in ways that go way beyond changing lightbulbs (though that is worthwhile, too). A real mind-opener!! Well written, never preachy, and filled with links to other helpful "green" resources. This should be required reading for those who want to live the good, green life!
