April 16, 2004: I just received this cookbook 2 weeks ago and have already made about 12 of the recipes. They have all been exceptional. The cookbook is also very informative about all types of seafood, how to buy, prep, store, etc. Not only are the recipes great, but the pictures are beautiful. Great entertaining ideas. If you do not subscribe to the magazine, Coastal Living, do it, and buy this cookbook!
