January 07, 2012: Liked this book, especially for the variety of cleanse options. I am a little intimidated by some of the recipes and ingredients- some don't sound real yummy either. After reading this, I will definitely try one of these cleanses soon!

July 15, 2012: As a first time cleanser, I really had no idea what I was doing, how I was going to do it, or what to expect once I did. I just knew I wanted to drop a few pounds & feel more energetic. This book answered all those questions, keeping me focused & uplifted as I went through my chosen process: "The Super Slim Down Cleanse". (There are approximately 10 different cleanses - all with a specific purpose). There is also a "Why Cleanse?" chapter explaining, obviously, "why" we should cleanse, but then there is an entire section on "what" cleansing is & "when" specific cleanses should by used. Adina Niemerow artfully answers the "how to" question by adding tons of tasty recipes. She has also added several testimonials from former "cleansers". Each testimonial helped support & affirm my efforts. It was good to know they felt the same things I was experiencing. As I embark on my new-found path of well-being, I know I couldn't have made a better purchase. This book will be by my side for life.
