July 28, 2009: My husband and I bought this cookbook after we decided to cut down on our meat intake. Almost every recipe has exceeded our expectations. The dish comes out exactly as promised and even looks just like the beautiful photograph! I would recommed to anyone and everyone!

February 23, 2009: The recipes were okay but nothing really exciting. Some of the ingredients were found to be expensive. Would I buy it again?
Probably not but if you browse through it and you think you mightlike it, by all means - give it a try.
