February 10, 2004: Bob Frey's book is a must read if you are seriously interested in writing a competitive proposal. He lays it all out in terms that are easily understood. Regardless of how many times you've been through the proposal process, you will benefit from reading this book. If you're going through the process for the first time, you definitely need to read this book!
