    Roy D. Dodson, P.E. , is a specialist in water resources engineering, planning, and management. He heads his own engineering firm, Dodson & Associates, Inc., which has managed storm water permitting for over 150 industrial facilities. He also teaches professional courses on storm water permitting and on hydraulics and hydrology for the American Society of Civil Engineers.
