    June 30, 2004: This book is awesome. Not just another Rah-Rah you can do it fad diet. The LA Shape Diet provides a balanced approach to weight/shape management as well as recipes, exercise suggestions, and dining suggestions. All you meed to do is read it and follow the program and you'll do great.
