IN BRIEF
In this book, a life coach and mother of three shows busy moms how to meet the challenges of motherhood without over-parenting and encourage independence in their children, while still making time to find balance and fulfillment.
Bria Simpson, MA., is a life coach and parenting specialist. She graduated cum laude from Duke University, obtained a master's degree in psychology, and worked as a child and family therapist before transitioning to full-time mother of three. She now balances her work as a life coach with the rest of her busy life. She has appeared on numerous radio and television programs, published several articles, and has worked with parents for more than a decade.
Through Bria's coaching, writing, and workshops, she helps moms balance their home life while creating more fulfilling personal lives for themselves. She currently lives in New Jersey with her husband and three children.Reader Rating:

October 22, 2007: This book gives practical advice on striving to be balanced women in the midst of diapers, sippy cups, homework and carpools. It reminds us to lose the guilt we feel when we do anything for ourselves. The book was like a breath of fresh air and I highly recommend it to all moms.
