November 07, 2009: I haven't read this book yet but I'm curious- I thought that Mary died of pneumonia? I really like Lynn Kurland's books, particularly Robin's story, but I'm bothered by the inconsistencies with the order and timelines. I wish that she would just start a new series instead of adding books and messing up the order. After her first few books, there are so many inconsistencies after she went back through with new characters. A little bothersome . . .

September 28, 2009: This was all that I hoped it would be! Reading about the characters is like going home for a family reunion. It was great fun visiting with the new characters and family members as well as getting updates on characters from past books.
I love the passion of the characters, the comedy and their interesting 'obstacles' they have to overcome. Reading Time Travel Historical Romance is my favorite genre andKurland is one of the best authors in this format. Sit back and enjoy!
