Synopsis

April 28, 2003: Eileen Greenwood is free, 18, and off to college. Well, that?s how it looks on the surface. It is true that she?s a freshman in college now, but she?s not free. She is haunted by memories and nightmares of sexual abuse suffered at the hands of her brother, Brad. No one would believe her, and her own father and sister could not understand her seemingly irrational antipathy toward Brad. She is relieved to escape her childhood home, but she doesn?t find solace easily. Her roommate, Alisa, and her kind-hearted boyfriend, Patrick, don?t seem to be able to help her either.
