January 08, 2010: This is an amazing book that was originally suggested to me by a counselor when I was going through a difficult depression. This book takes you on a week by week process with the tasks and chapters guiding you to realize the things that you truly want for yourself. I truly believe that this book is helpful to anyone who tries it. It's especially great for those who want to realize what their passion is or how to pursue that passion.
