October 20, 2005: I love Shannon Drake novels, and although this may not be the absolute best book she has written, it still held my attention. You really have to read some of the others to be able to tell who the people that rescue Finn and Megan are. I like how she ties all her characters into alot of her books. Her characters are too good to only be in one book.

July 19, 2005: First off i want to say that i live not more than 1 hour from boston, and know the 'lingo'. Yes we use 'wicked' like the word 'very', but never just plain, 'That was wicked!' that is the british...we say 'That was wicked cool.' or, 'That movie was wicked scary.' Anyways i love vampire books and romance so i thought this would be a great combination. I thought that it was hard to get through but i still finished it within 48 hours. She used many words to frequently (grudgingly) and such. I feel that many of the pages were not needed to enhance the plot. Overall the book was okay but lenghty.
