    Synopsis

The year is 2014 and a young microbial ecologist is presented with an amazing opportunity to continue her research as a member of the NASA corps of astronauts. When a sudden resignation opens the door for her to be a part of the crew on a space mission, her life dream becomes a reality.

As they pass the point of no return, evidence suggests to a space crew that their vessel was sabotaged. Was it by one of the crew or someone back on earth? Getting to their final destination will mean trusting someone, but who?

    Infuze Magazine - Karri Compton

"Some say that it is impossible for science and faith to coincide; either you are a scientist or a believer and follower of Christ. Not both. This book seeks to bury that notion in the Martian sand. Valkerie is a great model of what true belief might look like in the scientific community. She exudes a subtle faith that becomes contagious.

With Oxygen, the authors have truly woven a thought-provoking tale eliciting an appreciation of the God of science, and pure entertainment as well."

October 12, 2006: I recommend this book. I checked it out of the school library and drove my teachers nuts. I read during class, and even though I actually like doing homework, I didn't do any in the 3 days that I was reading this book. Thats my record on how fast I read!!!
