August 15, 2009: Is it the end all, missing manual, training to end all training requirements? No. But it is a very good primer on the basic functions of Expression Web 2. After reading and working out the exercises included, you will be able to create average web sites.

You need to have at least a basic understanding of HTML to get the best of this, so I would recommend an HTML primer first. Google "HTML Tutorial" for this.

I plan on following up this with the Learn in 21 days book, and then going from there.

One of the worse experiences of my lifeby Anonymous

April 29, 2009: Assumes considerable prior knowledge. NOT "step by step"! Learning sequence does not start with simplicity and work toward complexity--seems to start somewhere in the middle. Bizarre teaching method has you doing things that have not yet been adequately explained in terms of their function. There are also a number of mistakes. Obviously written by computer people for computer people, NOT FOR BEGINNERS. I abandoned it halfway through and bought another book. Probably fine for advanced, experienced users. Not for me!
