June 30, 2003: When I was diagnosed with multiple food allergies, this book was the only resource I could find that clearly stated all the things you have to keep in mind with food allergies. This book helped me to realize that my medication I was taking (that contained multiple foods I am allergic to) was making me very sick and it had stopped being beneficial. I highly recommend this excellent resource.

September 21, 2002: This is a great resource or those newly diagnosed, those with multiple food allergies, or severe food allergies. It contains practical tips for living with food allergies. It's not a cookbook, but gives resouces and ideas on cooking for the food allergic and developing your own recipes. There are also tips on eating out, traveling, and non-food activies. This book has many great tips and helps, and support for those of us with food allergies.I recommend this book to those with food allergies.
