December 20, 2001: This is one of the best historicals I've read in a long time. The hero and heroine both come alive on the page. Colin, the hero, is both tortured and sexy, and Sarah, the heroine is fabulous. The secondary characters add even more life to the story. A wonderful historical debut; Kathleen O'Reilly is going places!
