October 07, 2006: My Champion is a wonderful book for anyone who loves mid-evil, Scottish romance stories. Glynnis Campbell is a fantastic writer and demonstrates it in this book. I have read the book itself multiple times and love it. I recommend it for ages 14. It contains a few sexual scenes, but is still an awesome book.

August 17, 2004: My co-worker met the author at the Irish Fair this year.. being male he did not enjoy the book at all. I took it up, and could not put it down. Glynnis has a vivid imagination, Duncan and Linet are a crazy match, even though it is hard to believe that a man would endure such pain (physically and emotionally) for his betrothed. Anyway, I have ordered My Warrior and My Hero to finish the series of the De Ware brothers. Good solid enjoyment!
