December 19, 2003: I couldn't put this book down! I read until the wee hours of the morning. The characters are fascinating and the story is fantastic! I heartily recommend this book to any woman looking for a great love story to fall into.

March 14, 2000: When I first looked at the book, I thought it wasn't going to be interesting, but Anne proved me totally wrong. From what I read from the back of the book, I thought that Maggie was going to be some mooner mooning over some guy. Some flirt or something, but when I started reading the book, I found out that she wasn't a freak; that she was one of the bravest women I have ever read about. I loved the way the story was plotted. The way the future and the past was combined. I love Kered's character. Although he tended to be fearless, the only thing he feared was loosing Maggie. That was the most dearing thing I loved about him.
