      Synopsis

Cilla Swanner came to Dunroamin Castle in Scotland to get away from heartache and headache. But what she finds there may be more than she can handle. Long ago, the roguish Scottish knight known as Hardwick was cursed to wander the world forever, pleasing a different woman each night with no hope of fulfillment or true love. Then he meets Cilla—who may be his only hope for salvation.

February 16, 2009: I'm a sucker for Highlander books. I love them. This book was so predictable that I was amazed that I could read most of it. She had some nice premises but truly didn't break new ground or give me any feelings for the characters. I tried skimming through the chapters and just couldn't get any enthusiasm up for the book. It's a shame though. She has the mechanics for writing; but she just didn't get me interested in the tale.
