      Synopsis

The new mystery based on the hit USA_Network series featuring Adrian Monk...

      Obsessive.
      Compulsive.
      Detective.

The husband of Monk's former assistant, Sharona, has been arrested for murder. Now back in San Francisco, she's ready to reclaim her place in Monk's life-much to the chagrin of his current assistant, Natalie. While Monk tries to maintain a delicate balance between the two women, he discovers a few unsettling snags in the case against Sharona's husband, and may be up against a killer who not only understands him, but is one step ahead.

November 12, 2009: These books are so fun! A little more PG-13 but since the author is a writer from the tv show he totally knows who he is talking about when he delves into the characters. Since I already know what they look like, I can picture everything in my mind. It's a strange sensation to think your watching tv by reading but with the last season ending, I couldn't have discovered these books soon enough! Goldberg has a good several seasons he could write about so don't let your heart be saddened. Monk will live on!
