After three years at the bottom of the pack, she’d learned to keep her head down and never, ever trust dominant males. But Anna is that rarest kind of werewolf: an Omega. And one of the most powerful werewolves in the country will recognize her value as a pack member—and as his mate.

November 11, 2009: Cry Wolf was one of the best books I've read on werewolves in a long time. The characters were memorable, the plot was epic, and it blew me away. At first, I was confused since I hadn't read the Mercy series, but I bought the Mercy series afterward and it all made since. It was still a great book. Patricia Briggs is an excellent fantasy writer. When it comes to werewolves, Briggs knows her stuff!
I Also Recommend: Mercy Thompson, On the Prowl, Moon Called (Mercy Thompson Series #1), Blood Bound (Mercy Thompson Series #2), Iron Kissed (Mercy Thompson Series #3).

November 11, 2009: As an off shoot of the Mercy Thompson world, Patricia Briggs has created a believable world that I can see co-existing with ours. A very enjoyable read that left me wanting more stories with these characters. The only thing is that I want to know more about what happened before the beginning of this story.
