      November 25, 2009: After having read the Vegas Vampire series I did some research and found that this book had a short story about one of the characters from those books. To be completely honest, that story by Erin McCarthy was the only one worth reading.

      I always finish my books and I am very open to trying new authors; however the stories in this book didn't really have the same vibe. They were all very different in plot, idea and writing style. The other stories we far different from the Erin McCarthy story.

      I am afraid that I read the latter, one story and half of another and couldn't keep from yawning. I haven't felt the need to stop reading a book because I didn't enjoy it for a LONG time.

      I recommend Erin McCarthy, but she was the only author I liked in the book.

      June 20, 2009: I am in love with the Guardian series by Meljean Brook, the books, the characters I have read them all to date and I eagerly await the new ones to be released this year
