      Biography

When it comes to playful romances featuring vampires, werewolves, and Cyborgs, no one can touch the ultra-prolific MaryJanice Davidson. Her Undead Series is a wildly popular succession of books following Vampire Queen Betsy Taylor and her quest for love… and a great pair of shoes!

I didn't think is was THAT bad...by SillyGoose

August 27, 2009: In looking at all the reviews and the negative comments I was expecting #7 to be terrible and just depessing. I didn't think it was that bad. Yes I agree it wasn't as "funny" as the ohters. The characters that are not with us after this book, weren't strong all the time meaningful to the plot characters. Not to say I wasn't bummed knowing they will not be in book 8. The new covers are not "cute" like the other books, but as I said it's not as funny as the others either. In the front of the book MJD states it's almost a trilogy within the series. I think you ahve to have a new mind set.

I Also Recommend: The Good, the Bad, and the Undead (Rachel Morgan Series #2), Moon Called (Mercy Thompson Series #1), Blood Bound (Mercy Thompson Series #2), Iron Kissed (Mercy Thompson Series #3), Bone Crossed (Mercy Thompson Series #4).

July 27, 2009: For the price of the book, I expected a lot more than what was put in it. That will be the last Davidson book I purchase. The publisher really did miss that one up!
